At Gletr, every piece of jewellery carries craftsmanship, intention, and quiet power. We treat shipping with the same care as design — secure, transparent, and reliable.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through trusted logistics partners specializing in secure handling.

  • International shipping is not available at this time but will be introduced in future phases
  • If your PIN code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us at support@gletr.com

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 3–4 business days (Mon–Sat, excl. public holidays)
  • Made-to-Order / Limited Pieces: May require 4–5 business days for dispatch
  • Marketplace Sellers: Certain items may be shipped directly from verified seller partners within Gletr's defined standards

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) — 2–4 Business Days
  • Tier 2 Cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, etc.) — 3–5 Business Days
  • Tier 3 / Remote Areas (Smaller towns and remote locations) — 4–8 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. No minimum order value required.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD, if available, may attract a small convenience fee (displayed at checkout). All costs are shown clearly before payment.

Secure Packaging & Handling

Every Gletr order undergoes:

  • Quality inspection
  • Weight verification
  • Secure packaging in tamper-evident courier bags
  • Protective cushioning to prevent transit damage

Premium Packaging: Jewellery is packed in Gletr's signature minimal packaging, suitable for gifting. For high-value orders, additional security sealing may be applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking details
  • SMS notification
  • Tracking ID with courier details

Tracking Activation: Tracking information is usually activated within 12–24 hours of dispatch. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Address & Delivery Attempts

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery address, correct PIN code, and valid contact number. Gletr is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

  • Contact us within 6 hours of placing the order to modify the address
  • Address changes may not be possible after dispatch

Delivery Attempts & Re-Dispatch

Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept
  • Non-payment in case of COD

The package may be returned to us. Re-dispatch may incur additional shipping charges.

High-Value Order Security

For orders above a certain value threshold, additional security measures may apply:

  • OTP verification may be required at delivery
  • Courier personnel may request ID confirmation
  • Signature confirmation may be mandatory

Damaged, Missing or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears torn, opened, resealed, or physically damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel if visibly tampered
  • Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish
  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@gletr.com
  • Attach photos and video evidence

Important: Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple products from different sellers or warehouses:

  • Items may be shipped separately
  • You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments

Risk & Ownership: Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery. Gletr is responsible for the order until it is delivered and marked as received.

Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we strive for timely delivery, Gletr shall not be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events
  • Regional lockdowns, strikes, and courier network disruptions may also cause delays
  • Our team will actively assist you in tracking and resolving shipment concerns
